万宁首创奥特莱斯文化旅游区,是香港联交所上市公司(HK2868),北京市国资委所属、亚洲大型投资机构GIC战略合作企业---北京首创置业股份有限公司在海南投资兴建的超大型旅游商业地产项目。

万宁首创奥特莱斯文化旅游区是于2011年8月15日经海南省发展和改革委员会核准批复的奥特莱斯现代服务产业区项目,是集旅游、休闲、娱乐、度假、观光、购物、餐饮等业态为一体的综合性文化旅游区。景区建设总用地面积1500亩公顷,总建筑面积近百万平米,于2011年年底动工建设,并以创建综合性文化旅游景区为目的,采取同步施工,分阶段开业的步骤开发景区。景区于2013年5月1日实现了文化旅游区的度假、餐饮、休闲、观光等业态的建设(人工湖、自助餐、儿童娱乐中心、休闲娱乐中心都已对外开放);同时进一步完善购物、娱乐等业态的建设,万宁首创奥特莱斯文化旅游区南区分室内精品购物文化街区和室外休闲购物文化街区:室内精品购物街区以奥特莱斯名品折扣店为主;室外休闲购物街区是极具东南亚风情的海韵街,以旅游配套品牌店为主。景区北区以旅游配套为主,奥特莱斯名品折扣店为辅,以最大程度满足游客的各种购物需求。

景区定位为海南省首家规模最大、业态最丰富、知名品牌最多、最具价格竞争优势的奥特莱斯文化旅游区。景区规划以奥特莱斯名品折扣店为核心,集韩国城、名表城、珠宝城、特产超市、餐饮、休闲、娱乐、度假等业态。景区目前是海南省首家集名品折扣店、特色餐饮、旅游休闲、综合娱乐等多种业态为一体的国家AAA级文化旅游景区。

Wanning Capital Outlets Cultural Tourism Zone is a super large scale tourism business property project, invested and constructed in Hainan by Beijing Capital Land Ltd.. Beijing Capital Land Ltd. is a company that is listed in HongKong Stock Exchange (HK2868),state-owned and directly under the supervision of the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Beijing Municipality, and a large Asian investment institution, GIC’s strategic partner.

 

Wanning Capital Outlets Cultural Tourism Zone is a modern outlet service industry project, reviewed and approved by Hainan Development and Reform Commission on 15th August 2011. It is a comprehensive cultural tourism zone incorporating various forms of industries, such as tourism, leisure, entertainment, holiday, travelling, shopping and catering. The general land area for constructing the scenic zone is 100 hectares, and the gross floor area reaches nearly 1 million square metres. To establish a comprehensive cultural tourism zone, the construction commenced at the end of 2011,  proceeding at the pace of‘Simultaneous construction and phased opening up’ to develop the scenic zone. The construction of the sections for holiday,catering, leisure and tourism as well as other functions was accomplished on 1st May 2013 (The artificial lake, Buffet Restaurant, Children Recreation Centre and Entertainment centre are all open to the public.).At the same time,further improvement of entertainment and shopping functions has been achieved by dividing the southern district of the tourism zone into two districts,the Indoor Boutique Shopping Cultural District and Outdoor Leisure Shopping District.The Indoor Boutique Shopping Cultural District mainly consists of outlet stores,and the Outdoor Leisure Shopping District mainly consists of tourism-related brand stores on a street named‘Haiyun’with a distinctive Southeast Asian style.Tourism-related-shop will be the core of the Northern District, supplemented by outlet stores.In this way, tourists’various shopping demands can be fully met.

 

The scenic zone is recognised as the first Outlets Cultural Tourism Zone with the biggest scale,most forms of different industries, most famous brands and the most competitive in price advantage in Hainan province.According to the outline of the scenic zone, the outlet sores are the core of it,including Korean Town, Watch Centre,International Jewellery Store,specialty supermarkets, and other forms of industries such as catering, leisure,entertainment and tourism.At the moment,the scenic zone is the first national triple A tourist attraction zone in Hainan with outlet stores,specialty catering,tourism and leisure, comprehensive entertainment and other forms of industries.

 

International first-line brands,such as Armani outlet/ Adidas/ Ralph Lauren/ Tommy Hilfiger/ Calvin Klein/ I.T/ GAP/ GANT/ SaSa/ Samsonite/ Ecco/ Levi’s/ Brooks Brothers/ Hazzys, have been introduced into this project.
